 translator unless the current translator informs us he/she wishes us to
 accept the new translator. Have you attempted to contact the current
 translator (see Help->About for contact information) to see if they
 needs/wants help with the translation?

 Thanks for your attention! I do have attempted to contact the current
 translator Funda Wang, but nothing replied, so I don't think the only
 current translator for zh_CN is still active now.
 However, I will try other ways to help the translation. Thanks.
