 yes I'm using windows.
 everything is working fine in other windows based programs.
 i have two keyboard layouts: English (default) and Hebrew. I'm changing
 from one to another using alt+shift. in Hebrew layout i can write only
 Hebrew. this is not normal. capital letters should work always if caps
 lock is on.
 tried in another windows based computer and it's the same.

 if i want to write capital letters i need to change layout to english and
 then go back to Hebrew to continue writing.
