 I have recently started using the Facebook plug in for Pidgin and whilst
 this is very useful I've found that I need to disable libnotify pop ups
 because people are forever signing in and out of Facebook. This is
 unfortunate because I would like to still be notified when people log into
 MSN Messenger and Google Talk. I think it would be fantastic if the
 libnotify options could be made specific to each protocol so I could pick
 and choose which protocol I want to be notified about.
