 Currently when in a SILC chat room running on a private SILCD server when
 people type in IM's and the chat room box is minimized it does not flash
 on the start bar.  There is no way to know if anyone typed anything in the
 chat room.

 I do have "Flash window when IMs are receieved" enabled.
