 I'm not sure it's possible to support this sanely, as I don't know if it's
 possible to properly detect that the user's email is hosted on a Google
 Apps for Your Domain domain at the same time as we determine a specific
 XMPP account is a gtalk account and I'm not willing to create such an
 account action for all XMPP accounts.

 If it's possible, it will be that such a domain (that ''is not'' hosting
 email) will not advertise the `google:mail:notify` feature when we
 disco#info the server at login.

 I'm setting this to "Patches Welcome", but in reality what I'm looking for
 is a debug log of the connection process from such a domain (I don't have
 one with which to test).
