 Yes, sorry. I followed your instructions: exported
 EquifaxSecureGlobaleBusinessCA-1.pem from current Firefox and saved it in
 /usr/local/share/purple/ca-certs/ (it's identical to your attached file).
 I'm using the latest versions of Pidgin and mbpurple on SUSE 10.3.

 I attached the relevant section from my log.
