 After removing the CA cert again I managed to capture the alternate 2b:66
 cert being presented (attached above). Sure enough, its 'Signature
 Algorithm: md5WithRSAEncryption', So bug 4458 applies. However, twitter
 probably shouldn't be using this cert. I'll ask @twitterapi.
