 Pidgin should notify only of ''new'' unread mail, but when I read any
 message in my (Gmail) account, a notification is issued (statusbar button
 is highlighted, Gnome Do icon pops up, etc).

 To reproduce:
 Notice the unread email count. Then open an unread message in Gmail.
 Pidgin calls for attention, but the only change is that the unread email
 count is down by one.

 Expected behaviour:
 This event should be ignored, since it's supposed to alert only of
 incoming mail, and in any case the user already knows he/she has one less
 unread mail.
