 if one reconnects to an xmpp muc, the server sends the last messages on
 the chat, pidgin should only display those messages that are new.

 i.e. this happens if the network is unstable and reconnects, each time
 pigin will insert the last messages again. instead it should only insert
 messages it did not receive before.
