Comment:

 I don't see any mention of the H264 codec, which is required for video
 calls with the GMail GTalk client. Try installing the equivalent to gst-
 ffmpeg (possibly gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg) and gst-plugins-ugly (gstreamer0.10
 -plugins-ugly) or gst-plugins-bad (gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad).
