#10717: Option to not be asked if I'm sure when closing conversations

At work we use Jabber a lot to send out notifications of events to people,
e.g. when one of our team commits code, as appointment reminders, etc.
This means that a lot of "conversations" other "people" start with me
aren't really conversations at all, and the other party is actually a
 machine.

I'd like to be able to dismiss these conversation windows with a single
click to the close window button without being prompted to confirm that I
really want to end the conversation even though I've not read the message
yet (which I have). I can see how the prompt can be useful, but it is a
bit presumptuous: just because Pidgin doesn't have focus doesn't mean I
 can't read the message :)

An option to turn-off this confirmation prompt would be great.
