 Using Openfire 3.6.4; any Pidgin client up to 2.6.3, Windows & Linux; XMPP
 protocol, IPv4 & IPv6

 Openfire 3.6.4 seems to randomly refuse connections after about a week or
 two of running on our 2008 x64 server (using JRE 1.7m4 for IPv6 support):
 clients are kicked off as "not authorized." Attempt to reconnect fails:
 successful solution is to restart Pidgin and then try to reconnect.
