#10725: No persistent notification when MSN account is force logged off

I currently use Pidgin at work instead of MSN because of firewall issues
etc, and leave Pidgin up and running at the end of the day. If I access my
MSN account from home at night then it force logs off my Pidgin account at
 work. No problems.

However, there is no persisting status icon notification or popup by
Pidgin to inform me of this at work. When I get in to work in the morning,
my Pidgin icon is happily showing 'Available', even though my MSN account
underneath has been disconnected because I logged on at home.

Of course, if I decide to open up Pidgin to send a message then I am met
with a screen telling me that it already disconnected, and that I need to
click the button to re-enable my MSN account. That all works fine, but I
believe there needs to be some form of persistent notification either on
the status icon, or with a popup message signalling that the MSN account
has been force logged off, otherwise you could go for days without knowing
 that this is the case.
