Comment:

 This appears to be an issue where you connect to your buddy via p2p, and
 for some reason you get disconnected. This results in loss of a packet.
 The buddy is then marked to be connected through server only, hence later
 messages go through without any loss.

 If you want me to take a look into the issue as to why there was a packet
 loss / disconnection, you will have to provide me with the packet capture
 from the time you first message the buddy (after logging in) to the time
 when message loss happens.

 Also attach the debug log of the same incidence.
