 The past couple of weeks, I have been getting frequent dropped
 connections.  All IM services drop and then attempt to reconnect.
 Occasionally, this happens several times in a row, causing my accounts to
 temporarily lock due to frequent failed connection attempts.  This does
 not seem to happen in response to any user-initiated actions; it happens
 when I am mid-conversation, as well as when idle.

 I am using Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit
