 When I updated my pidgin client I noticed I couldn't log into my own
 server anymore from any windows client... with an existing XMPP account (
 I could create new ones )
 at first I thought this was related to > Ticket #9956
 but it seems it is completely unrelated ( I tried 2.6.1 > which doesn't
 connect at all )

 The client initiates connection ( I can see my buddies very short )
 after about 0.2 sec client disconnects

 I tried using the working account xml from my linux machines and tried
 replacing the whole .purple folder using those from the linux machines
 I don't have any problem whatsoever using 2.5.8

 I've attached a diff from the connection logs of both 2.5.8 and 2.6.3
 clients
