Comment:

 There is no button because there is no button, we don't create one, it is
 largely unnecessary.

 There is a plugin to create one if you really need it.

 If sending it twice sends it twice then there really isn't an issue that I
 can see, how do you know the first didn't send? What protocol is this
 happening on? Does the Help->Debug Window say anything interesting?
