#10797: qq "Modify Information" doesn't save changes

 Going to Accounts > (QQ account) > Modify Information brings up the dialog
 window. I edit the fields that I want, and then click "Update". The
 changes are not saved.

 The next time I open this dialog, the info will appear the same as before
 the edit.

 I am using pidgin 2.6.3-1 from Debian testing, amd64.
