 I got this crash as well from the debug version of 2.6.3 without it
 generating a RPT file. He is how to reproduce:

 - strike up Yahoo conversation from one Windows Pidgin 2.6.3 to another
 - enter some text in the sender side
 - enter some text in the receiver side
 - enter some text in the sender side
 - /buzz from sender side
 - receiver side will crash
