 I've attached a debug log of the issue occurring, provided by
 '''batmanppc''' in #a11199.  Adium's logging of the
 `Account_NewMailReceived` Growl notification being posted (twice) points
 out where the notifications are being displayed, though I don't know the
 MSN protocol to be able to understand the messages triggering them.
