Comment:

 The code has not changed any between 2.4.1 and 2.6.4. The grayed-out
 entries indicated that the buddy was offline ''and'' that that account did
 not support offline messages.

 Support for offline messages for AIM and ICQ was added in 2.4.0, so I'm
 going to bet that's why they all suddenly didn't display grayed out.

 Given that most protocols (well, the ones I use) support offline messages,
 I think changing the behavior to reflect status is probably reasonable.
