 Hey,

 the previous plugin has a bug - it listens for the wrong signal, which
 results in your IM's being minimized when either party sends a message.
 Annoying ;)

 I have changed the signal, and I also added support for putting a trailing
 '|' on your message, which will result in the window _not_ being
 iconified. This | will not show up for the receiving party

 few problems:
 I broke the nice tab and window support. Don't have time to add that back
 in, but it would not be to hard for someone that knows what they are
 doing.

 The sender see's the '|' as part of the sent message, even though the
 receiver does not.

 It would be nice to have a preference that would allow you to choose your
 "icon suppressing character??" (or allow a hotkey, such as shift+enter, to
 disable)
