 I can confirm that with the official Windows build of 2.6.3 as well as
 with pidgin-2.6.3-2.fc12.x86_64.rpm from the official Fedora repositories.
 I did some tests with a more "official" icq client - icq2go from
 http://go.icq.com/, and here are the results:

 (sender -> receiver - works/doesn't work)
 pidgin -> pidgin - doesn't work
 icq2go -> pidgin - doesn't work
 pidgin -> icq2go - works
 icq2go -> icq2go - works

 So, basically, it seems, sending offline messages works, but receiving
 them doesn't. The tests should be easily reproducible, as the bug occurs
 always for me.
