Comment:

 I undock it and move it between both windows and nothing seems to appear.
 I've also docked it between both windows and nothing seems to appear.  I
 do not have any status messages set up, just have it as available with
 nothing else.  I'm using Windows XP with the latest updates.  I do not see
 anything pop up at all in any window.
