 I tried to create a new Jabber/XMPP account with Pidgin 2.6.2 on WindowsXP
 SP3.

 In the account settings dialog:
 The user is "MoonKid"
 The domain is "jabber.ccc.de"
 The resource is empty
 The passwort is set
 The checkbox "create new account on server" is activated

 press ok

 then a "register new account" dialog opens

 press register

 CRASH
