#10427: Confusing status in the system tray when offline

 When I am having problems with Internet connection, pidgin tries to
 connect, and shows "connector" icon. But, if it can't, it stops atempts
 for some time, and shows the same icon, as if it is connected.
 (green circle over white rectangle). It is a bit confusing, because I am
 thinking, that it is connected and my network connection is OK.
 I use ICQ and XMPP accounts.

 Btw, why do it stops attempts to connect to the server?
