Comment:

 Yahoo only allows you to be logged into one place at at time, you'll need
 to configure your yahoo mail interface not to sign into your IM account.

 Perhaps there is a similar setting for facebook, but you'll have to ask
 the maintainer of that plugin if you can't find it.
