 If another user is using the Lotus ST client file transfers fail.

 After selecting Conversation -> Send File
 picking the file
 I immediately get:
 "File transfer to ***/** failed.
 ***/** cancelled the transfer of ***.**"

 The user gets no notification of a file transfer even being attempted.

 If the user is also using Pidgin this works.

 This happens with other users using 7.5 and 8.0 ST clients.
