 Behind a firewall.
 Username with underscore character disconnects immediately when logging
 on.  I can connect with a username that does not have an underscore
 character in it.  In addition, if I misspell a username, it will inform me
 that username does not exist.  So, it gets to yahoo, knows the username is
 valid, but immediately disconnects.  I can connect to with this username
 at home or with smartphone.
