Comment:

 When I opened it up to try that it seemed to have fixed itself, not sure
 how.  When I click "Show off line" it shows those contacts.

 Before I showed nothing but I knew that some of my contacts were online (I
 was on the phone with one).  I'm not sure what the issue was, but it
 appears to be sorted out.  Maybe there was a patch that installed in some
 conflicting software, I'm not sure.
