 The latest pidgin on amd64 windows vista is too slow and keeps crashing. I
 had my neighbor install pidgin on her machine so I could test the video
 chat feature for my other bug report regarding the webcam issued and it is
 too slow too use and keeps crashing. Is this a configuration issue or is
 pidgin just too slow on windows vista amd64? If the latter, please fix
 this.
