 If I accept a file with [ or ] in the file name without using the auto
 accept plugin it saves correctly with [ or ]. If I download the same file
 using the auto accept plugin to download without asking the file is saved
 incorrectly with %5b or %5d in the file name. Example "[file]name" becomes
 "%5bfile%5dname"
