 I went back through my captures and I can't find an example where 241 is
 sent with a 0 save for one exception.  241 had a different meaning in
 service type 240 (0xf0).  241 means the number of buddies in the status
 update according to one page I ran across.  Then another site stated that
 YMSG15 and 16 treated 241=0 and missing 241 as on Yahoo! network.

 From a functional standpoint, it is working for me sending 241=0.  After
 looking at The Right Thing To Do again, it probably makes sense to change
 this.  I'll get that part cleaned up in a few.
