 sulabh.dev:  Before my patch the behavior wasn't consistent.

 yahoo_buddy_add_deny_cb and yahoo_buddy_add_authorize_cb already sent
 241=0 in the message.

 The I only changed the behavior in yahoo_send_im, yahoo_send_typing,
 yahoo_add_buddy.

 Then left it alone in yahoo_remove_buddy, yahoo_add_deny, yahoo_rem_deny,
 yahoo_change_buddys_group.

 Any thoughts on which way to go..  Make them all not send 241 if not "off-
 net"?
