 Updated patch... Stop sending Key->241;Value->0 when speaking Yahoo <-->
 Yahoo since the official client doesn't do it.

 There are still a few instances in the code where it does send 241=0 in
 p2p code.  This is leftover from before this patch, and this patch doesn't
 touch these areas of the library.  Leaving as is...
