 Schedule (http://plugins.guifications.org/trac/wiki/Schedule) is marked as
 "This plugin is not yet functional" with no change for over 16 months. I
 need a buddy pounce option to send an IRC message every hour. Can this
 issue please be reopened to accept patches?
