 Pidgin crashes 2-3 times a day for me.  I've gotten in the habit of
 collecting backtraces, and the problem always seems to be related to
 SSL/libnspr4.  I've attached a backtrace.  I have no idea what is
 triggering this.  I will collect the debug output to include the next time
 it happens.

 I'm running Pidgin 2.6.2 on Ubuntu Jaunty.
