 PidGin 2.6.2 WinXP

 When trying to send a file on GMail account I always receive a message
 like:
 File Send Failed

 Unable to send file to <destination>/Talk.vXXXXXX, user does not support
 file transfers.

     This is wrong.

     The problem is not in the destination counterpart but in Pidgin that
 is sending the file.

     If I use GTalk client to send exactly the same file to exactly the
 same destination person using same PC (and same proxy settings) GTalk
 sends the file correctly.

    If after analysis this is consider not a defect but a configuration
 problem I'd appreciate if you could please indicate where can I find it
 because I haven't had any luck.
