 Using a patched library I tried adding an OCS buddy as suggested above
 OCS/<id@…> for LCS/OCS  and saw little/no difference as with the unpatched
 library.  Could you/would you post a code fragment showing how to setup
 the call for adding a buddy (i.e., show what elements of key data
 structures are populated with what).  I want to make sure this is not
 Pilot error.
