 Sometimes some of my contacts who are using the official MSN inform me
 that they have to send messages to me multiple times as they get a message
 stating "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:"
 I know of three of my contacts who reported having this problem with me.

 Issue was in 2.6.2 and 2.6.3
