 On our HP Mini netbooks, the preferences window for Pidgin doesn't fit on
 the screen. The native resolution for the HP Mini is 1024x600. We are
 unable to resize the preferences window either. At this time, Pidgin is
 pretty much useless on our netbooks since we can't fully navigate the
 menus on a netbook.
