New description:

 Hello,

 Gadu-Gadu network a while ago made feature in their official client that
 allows to show incoming links from people not on buddy list. If this
 option is not checked, it replaces link and some messages from people not
 on buddy list to message informing that someone send us a link, but it was
 replaced for security reasons. It should be default off, but it isn't.
 Pidgin definitely need option to allow incoming links from not buddies.
