Comment:

 We only notify in the tray icon for chat messages that specifically
 mention the user's nickname, the idea being that tray notification on all
 messages would be intrusive and next-to-useless.

 There are a number of ways to get other notification about chat messages,
 a popup plugin (like guifications), any of the various osd plugins, the
 message notification plugin, etc.

 Given that do you still need/want tray notification for all chat room
 messages?
