 If Pidgin isn't using the MS-Windows theme, it is because you have changed
 something or installed in some sort of non-standard way.

 The way to change the GTK+ theme is via the `gtk-theme-name` property in
 one of the relevant [wiki:"Using
 Pidgin#WhatisagtkrcfileandwherecanIfindit" gtkrc files].
