Comment:

 Okay the bug solved itself. As fast as it occured, it was also gone. few
 days back it suddenly occured (reproduceable on 3 different machines
 within 4 different networks) .. now it just works from all the machines
 again, without any further change.

 I'd really like to know what this issue was all about tho....
