#10168: IRC: allow multiple server entries with same srv, port, nick

When one uses bip (http://bip.t1r.net) to connect to IRC, one needs to be
able to create multiple server entries on the client that only
 differentiate themselves with the password.

As it stands, pidgin will seemingly not allow creation of multiple
accounts if server, port and nickname are identical.

See http://bip.t1r.net/doc/README , section 'IV. USING BIP', 'A.
 CONNECTING YOUR CLIENT(S)' for details.

It would be nice if a future version of pidgin could allow creation of
multiple IRC accounts that only differentiate themselves in the password.

As us IRC proxy users are not your standard use-case, a dirty-hacky way to
achieve this will probably be sufficient.

This enhancement request against 2.5.1 on maemo (on my full blown
computers I use another IRC client, but for maemo devices pidgin is a nice
 option)
