 There are some issues with the docklet context menu when using
 GtkStatusIcon on win32. The context menu shows scroll buttons on the top
 and bottom, with the content appearing off of the bottom of the context
 menu window. After scrolling to the bottom of the menu, the scroll buttons
 disappear and the menu is more or less identical to the gtkdocklet-win32
 version. If I can't get it straightened out soon, I think we should just
 switch to gtkdocklet-gtk for non-win32 platforms (dropping
 gtkdocklet-x11.c and eggtrayicon.[c|h]). We can try to address the win32
 issue in a subsequent release.
