 I suppose that'll prevent the issue that you're seeing without introducing
 too much complexity.

 It clearly still doesn't cover the `"-nd"` case, but that wasn't working
 previously anyway.

 I'll plan to commit this at some point in the near future.  What's your
 name for the Copyright file?
