 I guess I wouldn't consider this the same issue as #5086 - it would be
 (somewhat) reasonable to create XMPP accounts with the same JID, but a
 different connect server (and we would ideally do this with the resource).
 I don't think it is at all reasonable for us to differentiate accounts by
 password.

 The simple hacky solution for this is to use a different host name for
 each account.

 You can manually enter multiple host aliases to the same IP address in
 your hosts file.
