 I have observed this behavior with Yahoo-MSN interoperability. You and
 your wife, both are chatting using Yahoo accounts, right? Just want to
 make sure this isn't a case of Yahoo-MSN interoperability.

 In any case, I would need you to provide us with the debug log from when
 this happens, it would be awesome if you can provide the packet capture
 too.

 To obtain the debug log, go to Help > Debug Window, keeping the debug
 window open reproduce the bug, when done, save the contents of the debug
 window to a file and attach that file to this ticket.

 If you need further help regarding obtaining debug log or packet capture
 let us know.
